Enclosure (1) to this Instruction contains general policy and procedures for the staffs, as
well as guidance regarding their relationship to other Coast Guard elements. Where the
term Program Manager is used it refers to that entity in Headquarters that has oversight
of the specific function such as Individual and Family Support Programs, the Health
Promotion Program and the Transition Assistance Program. In the absence of existing
program oversight, the Chief, Office of Work-Life (G-WKW) shall be the point of
contact.
5. ENVIRONMENTAL ASPECT AND IMPACT CONSIDERATIONS. Environmental
considerations were examined in the development of this Instruction and have been
determined to be not applicable.
