(4) If the complaint is not resolved, ODS has 30 working days, upon receipt of the
regional offices' reports, to issue a written decision regarding the complaint to the
complainant and to the regional offices concerned.
6. The disposition by ODS or by a regional office of a complaint under this Regulation
shall be final and conclusive. Neither the complainant nor DoDDS personnel shall have further
administrative recourse within DoDDS from such a disposition.
D. EFFECTIVE DATE AND IMPLEMENTATION
This Regulation is effective immediately. Regional and local supplementation is prohibited,
except by express written permission of the Director, DoDDS.
