materials beginning December 31, 1998. NSNs 7530-01-335-2623 (8 1/2x11) and 7530-
01-334-7817 (8 1/2x14) shall be substituted for all General Services Administration
(GSA) Federal Supply Schedule orders for copier paper. DOT has requested GSA to
substitute these NSNs for all GSA Federal Supply Schedule orders for copier paper
produced from virgin fiber, as long as the price is less than or equal to that of virgin paper.
5.
PROCEDURES.
a.
Recycled copier paper shall be purchased for all copier paper needs in the Coast Guard.
b.
Annual reporting requirements for recycled paper established under E.O. 12873 have not
been changed.
