Logistics. Special shipping requirements for all school should be coordinated directly
between the appropriate Department Chief and the host DIRAUX. A Government bill
of lading is required to ship crated instructional materials and equipment from one
training site to another with specific accounting data provided by the host district.
k.
Graduation. Photos by host district are encouraged of graduation for later inclusion in
local and national publications.
l.
Budget. Host districts should consider submitting budget requests early. Since
headquarters funding support for National Schools is limited, Directors of Auxiliary are
strongly encouraged to consider district funding options prior to seeking headquarters
support.
3.
ACTION. District commanders shall ensure that the provisions of this instruction are adhered
to in the administration of these Auxiliary School courses.
