CREW CONTRACT
APPLIES TO:
ALL COMMERCIAL FISHING INDUSTRY VESSELS AT LEAST 20
GROSS TONS, ON A VOYAGE FROM A PORT IN THE U.S.

REQUIREMENTS:
The contract agreement between the owner and crewmember shall:
l)
State the period of effectiveness of the agreement,
2)
Include the terms of any wage, share, or other compensation
arrangement peculiar to the fishery in which the vessel
will be engaged during the period of agreement; and
3)
Include other agreed terms.
The contract is not required to be maintained on board the vessel.
