(MARPOL) 33 CFR 151
Certain other oil pollution prevention regulations apply to vessels in
the navigable waters of the United States.
Certificate of Financial Responsibility - Vessels 300 GTs and over
IOPP Certificate
- Vessels 400 GTs and over
Oily Water Separator or capacity to retain oily mixtures on board.
