CONSISTENCY DETERMINATION FOR NON -FEDERAL APPLICANTS
COASTAL ZONE MANAGEMENT ACT (CZMA) CONSISTENCY CERTIFICATION
This document provides the [Name of the State] Coastal Management Program with the [Name
of Applicant's] Consistency Determination and necessary data and information under CZMA
Section 307(c)(3)(A) and 15 CFR Part 930, subpart D, for the [Name of Activity].
Certification:

policies of [Name of State's] approved management program and will be conducted in a
manner consistent with such program.
Necessary Data and Information:
