Regular
or Reserve. If
more
than
one
year
has
passed
since
the
effective
date
of
resignation,
then
Section
1.C.
of
reference
(a)
applies.

service

are
on an
approved
Temporary
Separation
(TEMPSEP)
Program.
These
personnel
will be recommended
for
a Reserve
commission
