REPORTS. Telephone reports directly to the FSS are all that are required. All reports shall
include the name of the person making the report, the telephone number, the name of the unit
affected, the time the outage occurred or was repaired, and with the initial report, the estimated
time to repair. Enclosure (1) is a listing of FSS telephone numbers to be used by each Loran-C
or Omega station in preparing reports.
