8. Data Calls. Because of the centralized structure of the Law Manager database, no field data calls
are required. The Coast Guard Director of Legal Assistance is able to directly access practice area
information based on the required data entries described above. No personal information regarding
any clients or cases will be used for headquarters practice area reporting.
