INFORMATION.
a.
For questions and problems relating to allotments or change of address for Savings
Bonds, civilian employees should contact their servicing personnel office. Military
personnel should refer to PMIS/JUMPS Manual Vol I, Field Unit, COMDTINST
M1080.7 (series) or contact their unit PERSRU.
b.
Enclosure (1) is a Directory of U.S. Savings Bond Offices. In many instances,
questions relating to Savings Bonds can be handled by these offices.
c.
The Annual Savings Bond Campaign will be announced each year by Commandant
Notice 5120. This Notice also designates the annual Coast Guard coordinator and
provides details concerning campaign objectives, interest rate changes, reporting
requirements, award criteria, and instructions for ordering awards.
5.
ACTION.
Area and district commanders, commanders of maintenance and logistics
commands, unit commanding officers, and Commander, CG Activities Europe shall be
responsible for campaign promotion/administration and award determinations for their
commands.
