FOREWORD
This is a Concept of Operations for the future U.S. Coast Guard
engineering logistics system. It places emphasis on service to the
operating customer and looks forward about ten years. To implement
the future system, some significant changes will be required. However,
with this concept as the common vision, plans to implement these changes
can be orchestrated and integrated across organizational boundaries.
