volunteers or NAF employees, will be with the Coast Guard for a short period of
time, it does not obviate their responsibilities to ensure that these individuals are
mentored on Coast Guard core values, traits and characteristics that will eventually
make them successful in their chosen occupation.
13. ENVIRONMENTAL ASPECT AND IMPACT CONSIDERATIONS. Environmental
considerations were examined in the development of this Instruction and have been
determined and is not applicable.
