A cancellation request is required to cancel NOTAMs issued for all unscheduled
unusable periods. It is also used to cancel obsolete NOTAMs which, for one
reason or another, were not cancelled correctly. Format NOTAM cancellation
requests including the FDC number(s) as follows:
