We have completed a comprehensive review of the facility response plan referenced above
submitted by your organization to comply with the requirements of the Oil Pollution Act of 1990.
Based upon our review, revision of your plan is necessary to our approving it. The areas requiring
review and revision are noted in enclosure (1).
You should note there are both required and recommended revisions that we have identified from
our review. The revisions noted as being "required" for your plan should be submitted within 45
days of the date of this letter.
As a result of recent changes within our system, only one copy of these changes need be submitted.
It is requested, however, that the pages being revised have the date and number of the revision
placed in the bottom right hand corner of the page. This will help to ensure that we have the latest
revisions entered into your plan.
The letter previously provided by this office authorizing your facility to operate under your
submitted plan remains valid and should be retained.
