MILESTONE 3-2-A: In alignment with new SPPBEES, devise a formal process to accomplish
base management that captures quality management initiatives and deploy this process throughout
the organization.

1. Establish unambiguous responsibility for management of coast Guard financial resources.

Identify and manage Coast Guard budget base quality improvement initiative results.
